Kara has been working in the Stopping Family Violence Field for over 25 years in the capacity of Specialist Consultant, Trainer, Counsellor, Social Worker, Facilitator, Supervisor, Researcher, Resource and Programme Designer, Therapist and Community Mobilizer. Kara has had extensive experience working with both victims and perpetrators of violence and in training Specialist Practitioners in this work. She is well respected for her work within this field and facilitates trainings both nationally and internationally.
